good riddance...

bye bye, georgie boy...what a stunning photo. i'm so glad to finally see this time arrive. of course i don't really expect much will change with the new dude as the whole thing smacks of a polished pr makeover to clean up america's international nazi-imperialism image quickly and simply. i wonder who is behind obama? i guess we shall see in time. anyway, so great to see this frikkin murderer and his lying, blood-covered cronies leave the stage.

here we go again...

started a fast this morning. inspired by the works of herbert m shelton, and the amazing transformation i have undergone over the past year since my epic master cleanse, i decided to go the whole hog and just do water only. mission: to restabilise recent eating excess, get rid of more of my fifty year backlog of internal crap, and get to the bottom of all my 'food' cravings! hmmmm...and also get my weight down into the 70's to get to that mythical bmi number that says i'm not "overweight" anymore. it started as as "obese". gawd. not sure how long i'll manage this but i aim to chill quietly here at home and don't have anything scheduled that would interfere with the process.

and so, with just a little trepidation, i am quite looking forward to it...
