just spent a week in paradise in a cottage above the beach at a place called mpanzane on the wild coast of the transkei. fresh crayfish in abundance for a just few rand each. clean cool water and dolphins and whales passing by everyday. absolutely awesome.



funny how we citypeople think these rural people just have it all and live in paradise, and they stare at all our posessions and 'wealth' thinking we have it all and live in paradise. whatta planet...

on the way back, about 150 k's from home, my jeep's gearbox packed up. ouch...
